Our HR associate, Johanna Lee MA MCIPD, is a fully qualified HR professional with 25 years’ experience of people management in-house and as an external consultant, both in very large and smaller organisations.
She is able to provide extensive advice and guidance in all areas of human resource management, including employment law advice, grievance and disciplinary management, control of absenteeism, performance management and policy and contractual design and implementation. She works closely with each client organisation’s management team to agree on a best practice course of action and helps in implementation, being as hands on or off as each client requires.
