An experienced and effective advocate, Colin has successfully represented clients in a range of matters including licensing reviews and appeals, civil matters, Case Management Hearings and a wide range of criminal matters in both the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court.
A retired police officer with particular knowledge and experience in licensing, Colin is able to offer advice and assistance in promoting the four licensing objectives, drawing on his wealth of experience gained during his years of service in the police force.
